Bought on the lower east side from Honeymoon Antiques on avenue B in 1999. The designer’s brand is SHE. Ive not seen the brand before or after this acquisition but it is an incredibly cool design. The fabric is not extremely waterproof. Fits a size 2 to size 14 and is very flexible size wise.. It is long so best with heels or taller folks. It hearkens the japanese designers such as Rei Kawakubo, Matsuda and Junya Watanabe
